How It Works?
Keeping your waxed outerwear protected has never been easier. With our yearly rewax subscription, we take care of the reminder, the postage pack, and the professional rewaxing, so you don’t have to think about it.
Once a year, we’ll send you out our FREE postage pack with everything you need to send your waxed jacket or outerwear back to us. Simply pack it up, send it in, and our expert team will professionally rewax it, helping restore water resistance, protect the fabric, and extend the life of your garment.

WAXXED Rewaxing yearly Subscription

Our Waxxed subscription service is designed to take the hassle out of caring for your waxed jackets, coats, and outerwear. Regular rewaxing helps maintain water resistance, protect the fabric, extend the life of your garment, and keep it looking its best year after year.
By signing up to a Waxxed subscription, you are arranging for your waxed outerwear to be professionally rewaxed once every 12 months. This means you do not need to remember when your jacket is due for rewaxing, we’ll help keep you on schedule.
How the Subscription Works
When you purchase a Waxxed subscription, you will receive a repeat rewaxing service every 12 months, based on the yearly subscription option at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely through our payment provider, and you will be charged for every 12 months for our rewaxing service unless you choose to cancel at anytime.
Once your subscription is active, you will receive order confirmation emails containing details of your subscription and links to manage your order. You can use these links to view, update, change, or cancel your subscription.
Annual Rewaxing Service
Your subscription renews every 12 months. When your annual rewaxing service is due, we will send you out our FREE postage pack for you to send you garments into us.
Please ensure all pockets are emptied before sending your garment. Waxxed is not responsible for any personal items left inside garments.
Garments must be suitable for rewaxing. We reserve the right to refuse or return any item that we believe is unsuitable, unsafe, excessively damaged, heavily soiled, contaminated, or unable to be rewaxed to a satisfactory standard.
Payments and Charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Waxxed or our payment provider to securely store your payment details and charge you every 12 months in line with your selected subscription plan.
Charges will be taken according to the price shown at checkout. Prices include the annual rewaxing service described on the product page unless otherwise stated.
If a payment fails, we may contact you to update your payment details. Your annual rewaxing service may be delayed, paused, or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.
Managing, Changing, or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time using the links provided in your order confirmation emails or call us on 0330 133 3554
You may be able to:
- Update your payment details
- Change your contact or delivery details
- View your upcoming annual subscription order
- Cancel your subscription
If you cancel your subscription, future annual subscription charges will stop. Any orders already processed, paid for, or in progress will still be completed unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation does not automatically refund any services that have already been carried out, scheduled, or paid for. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for further details.
Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled, your subscription may automatically renew every 12 months. This allows your annual rewaxing service to continue without interruption.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal date through your subscription management link or call 0330 133 3554 or email info@waxxed.co.uk
Customer Responsibilities
By using our subscription service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information
- Keep your subscription details up to date
- Send your garment to us when your annual rewaxing service is due
- Ensure garments are suitable for rewaxing
- Remove all personal items from pockets before sending
- Follow any instructions provided by Waxxed
Changes to the Subscription Service
Waxxed reserves the right to update, amend, pause, or withdraw subscription services where necessary. If any major change affects your active subscription, we will aim to notify you using the contact details provided.
We may also update these subscription terms from time to time. The latest version will apply to any future subscription orders.
