STEP 2 - We send you out a Pre-Labelled Mailing Bag (not pre-paid)

Once received, seal your Jacket or garment inside and send to us via the carrier of your choice (we always recommend sending with a tracked service).

STEP 3 - It's our Time to Shine!

Once we've received your items, we get to work on fulfilling your specified services, turned around in around 7 working days

STEP 4 - Homeward Bound!

As soon we've completed our work, its now time send you Re-proof Jacket or Garments back to your address provided at Check out.

How to Rewax a Wax Jacket – Step-by-Step Guide

1. Preparation

  • Clean the jacket with cold water and a sponge (no soap or detergent).

  • Ensure the jacket is completely dry before waxing.

2. Melting the Wax

  • Place the wax tin in a bowl of hot water to melt it into a liquid.

  • If using a waxing machine, follow the heating instructions.

3. Applying the Wax

  • Use a lint-free cloth or sponge to work the melted wax into the fabric.

  • Apply in small circular motions, focusing on seams and high-wear areas.

  • Avoid over-waxing; a thin, even layer is best.

4. Heating for Absorption

  • Warm the jacket gently with a heat gun or Hair dryer to help the wax soak in.

  • Ensure the wax is evenly distributed and absorbed into the fabric.

5. Drying and Finishing

  • Hang the jacket in a warm, ventilated area for 24 hours.

  • Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent uneven drying.
