  • Step 1: Select your desired service from our website and complete the checkout process. You can choose from our various re-waxing and cleaning services depending on the condition of your jacket.

  • Step 2: Once your order is confirmed, we send you a free postage pack that includes a secure mailing bag, Swing Tag and a return address label (Not pre-paid). This ensures your jacket is well-protected during transit.

  • Step 3: Place your jacket inside the provided bag, attach the included ID swing tag, seal it, and affix the return address label. Then, drop your package off at your local post office or arrange for a courier collection. We highly recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Step 4: Upon receiving your jacket, our team inspects it and performs the requested service with expert care. The standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days from the date of receipt.

  • Step 5: Once your jacket has been fully re-waxed and restored, we send it back to you using a tracked postal service with Royal Mail, ensuring it reaches you in top condition. Return postage is included in your original order.
