WAXXED® Exchange – Terms & Conditions 

1. Offer validity
All offers are based on the information and photos provided. Offers are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Condition accuracy
The jacket must match the description and photos submitted. Excessive damage, heavy odours, mould, tears, or undisclosed alterations may affect the final offer.

3. Inspection on arrival
All jackets are inspected upon receipt. If the condition differs from what was described, we may adjust the offer or decline the jacket.

4. Ownership
By submitting a jacket, you confirm that you are the legal owner and have the right to sell it.

5. Postage packs
We provide a prepaid postage pack once an offer is accepted. This pack is for the accepted jacket only.

6. Rejected jackets
If we’re unable to proceed after inspection, we’ll contact you to arrange return of the jacket or discuss alternative options.

7. Payment
Payment is made after inspection and confirmation. We aim to pay promptly once the jacket is approved.

8. Cancellations
You can cancel at any point before sending the jacket. Once the jacket has been received and approved, the sale is final.

9. Non-returnable items
Once payment has been made, jackets cannot be returned.

10. Fair use
We reserve the right to refuse any jacket at our discretion.
